How do I return an item?

Any items suffering from a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same items only within two weeks of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Desu Toys will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.

To exchange a defective item, send an email to returns@desutoys.com with your order number in the subject field. We will email you an RMA number and further instructions on how to exchange your item.
