International Shipments
Please note: Customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States, many of which are manufactured in China, or other non-US countries. Because these laws and fees can change over time, Desu Toys encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Desu Toys does not attempt to pay for any portion of those costs. Desu Toys will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

Returns
Any items suffering from a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same items only within two weeks of the date of delivery. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Desu Toys will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.
To exchange a defective item, send an email to returns@desutoys.com with your order number in the subject field. We will email you an RMA number and further instructions on how to exchange your item.
